Payment methods:

· You may make the payment via any of the methods above and please settle within 3 days once your order is placed.

· Aliexpress will verify your payment within 24 hours and we will process your order once that's finished.

· If your order is closed owing to security reasons, you will need to submit a claim to Aliexpress. 

· The refund caused by order cancellation, refund agreement, or mediation will be processed instantly and usually takes 7-10 working days to reach your account.   

Shipping and package:

· All items will be checked and well-packed before shipping. Orders will be dispatched within 2-5 working days after the payment is finished.

· The weight of the parcel via normal post is limited to 2kg. We will send separately if the weight is over 2kg.

· Usually it takes about 15 - 60 days and might be a little longer in some remote areas.   

· You may choose a fast shipping method if you wanna get the parcel sooner, and for this, you will need to pay the shipping fee.

Resend and refund:

    We will resend or refund if the parcel gets lost, damaged during transit, or received the wrong item. Please feel free to contact us and we will be pleased to help you.
