This kit allows you to shut off the system of your 3.6 V8 TDV8 diesel engine and prevents carbon build-up in the intake manifold and system, which can lead to higher fuel consumption and less engine power.

WHAT ARE THE SYMPTOMS OF A BAD WORKING ?

A malfunctioning or dirty can cause the following problems: a lack of power, higher fuel consumption, turbo lag, irregular idle, less torque, engine starts more slowly or a smoking exhaust.

CAUSE

Carbon built up in your vehicle's system restricts airflow.

Carbon-rich recirculated exhaust gases enter the intake manifold. Over time, this carbon causes the system and intake manifold to clog and restrict airflow. This makes it less easy for the engine to breathe, which leads to higher fuel consumption and less engine power. Common symptoms of failure are; erratic and rough running engine, reduced throttle response and loss of power/torque.

SOLUTION

Install this removal kit and let your engine breathe again.

Eliminate the risk of future carbon buildup in your car's intake manifold and system. Improved torque with smoother take-up and improved fuel economy, reduced turbo lag and less annoying exhaust fumes. The blind plates are equipped with Viton O-rings that are resistant to oils and higher temperatures, do not trust Nitrile seals. For off road use.

By installing our removal kit, the engine will display an fault and will no longer be able to function at full power. This fault can only be remedied by having the valve switched off (by software) / programmed in the engine management.

Our kit comes with OEM spec gaskets for the exhaust manifold blanks, these are important for a good seal, equally importantly they keep the mounting bolts secure before fastening to ensure they do not drop in to the exhaust manifold!
